3-hour 1:1 deep dive per startup
I go deep on your idea, your market, and your assumptions. This session either validates your direction or saves you months of building the wrong thing. I’ll challenge your thinking and get you sharp on what needs to exist and why.

Prototype Build Day
2 x 3-hour sessions (one full day per startup)
We build your prototype together using AI development tools. I’m not building it for you — I’m building it with you and teaching you how to use these tools so you can keep going independently. By the end of the day, you have something real.

User Testing & Evidence
You test. I analyse with AI.
You run up to 5 user testing sessions using the framework I provide. You record every session and send them to me. I feed them into AI analysis tools and produce detailed reports — patterns, language, behaviour, improvement priorities. This is the evidence that most founders never have.

1:1 session per startup
We implement the key prototype improvements together, then pivot to commercial infrastructure. Content strategy, LinkedIn optimisation, investor outreach framework, go-to-market planning. I’ll give you AI-powered tools that generate content ideas and a system to make publishing easy.

Around 14 hours of guided time with me across the 5 weeks, plus 10–20 hours of your own work (user testing, content creation, homework). It’s designed to fit around other commitments, but you need to show up prepared.
No. That’s the point of the build day — I teach you how to use AI development tools to build your prototype. You don’t need to know how to code. You do need to be willing to learn and get your hands dirty.
You need an idea and a rough sense of who has the problem you’re solving. You don’t need a business plan, a pitch deck, or any technology. If you’ve already built something, that’s fine too — we’ll validate whether it’s the right thing.
No. I’ll build it with you and teach you how, but you’ll be doing the work. The prototype we build together is a validated starting point, not a production product. The goal is to give you the skills and evidence to keep going independently.
The programme gives you the strategy and frameworks to create these yourself. If you want them produced professionally, I offer add-on packages at additional cost — pitch decks, one-pagers, websites, financial models, and content packs.
You keep every framework, template, tool, and AI system we use. The Discord community stays open so you can ask questions and get support. You’ll also have a 90-day roadmap to follow. You’re not left hanging.
